About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our Mills Parts Center Team! This position is responsible for handling inbound and online parts orders, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to body shops, repair shops, dealers, glass, and jobbers in the upper Midwest. This position will be responsible for: Processing incoming parts orders via phone, email, and online platforms Assisting customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts Build and maintain relationships with accounts Provide pricing, availability, and order status updates Coordinate with parts inventory and warehouse Team to ensure timely fulfillment Upsell and recommend additional products when appropriate Resolve customer issues and returns professionally Maintain accurate records in dealership management systems Requirements of the position: Previous experience in automotive parts, sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills (phone and written) Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts (or willingness to learn) Experience with parts lookup systems (e.g., OEM catalogs) is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization skills Familiarity with platforms like CDK or similar systems This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation is comprised of a Base Draw AND additional incentives for key metrics of overall team sales, individual sales, Guest Service scores, and volume of calls taken. $48-$100k+/year (commission based). Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive parts, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills (phone and written)
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Familiarity with platforms like CDK or similar systems

  • Experience with parts lookup systems (e.g., OEM catalogs) is a plus
