About The Position

The Account Resolution Specialist is a vital role within RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, responsible for managing customer accounts that are more than 30 days delinquent, in active loss mitigation, or undergoing the insurance claims process. This position requires making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to assist customers in resolving their delinquency issues. The specialist will work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and develop effective strategies to help them get back on track with their payments. This role emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships with both customers and co-workers, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes growth and positive interactions. In this position, the Account Resolution Specialist will determine the reasons behind customer delinquencies and create tailored resolution strategies. This involves establishing cash flow solutions when applicable and instilling a sense of urgency in customers to address their delinquency. The specialist will guide customers through the loss mitigation process, ensuring they understand the necessary steps and requirements.
