About The Position
We are currently looking for Account Resolution Specialists to join our Agency Collections team in Cleveland, Ohio. Our Account Resolution Specialists/Collectors work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting. They are responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls. They notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure payments according to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Weltman's guidelines, and client standards.
