About The Position

Requirements

• Funeral Director License is required.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set, qualified appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Current life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships at both consumer and business levels, efficiently handling appointments with families in the community of our partners.
• Follow up and close sales by connecting with families, driving a higher closing rate, and increasing earning potential.
• Build a purposeful career by obtaining an insurance license and learning the unique Precoa business model for prearranging and prefunding funeral services.
• Advance into leadership roles by motivating and leading Advance Funeral Planners.
