The Account Representative will provide Account Management support to assigned customers within the area, managing their accounts remotely via multi-channel communication. What you'll do: Process orders, quote requests, and schedule deliveries. Proactively call and service key accounts and potential customers by identifying customer needs and opportunities for growth Communicate marketing incentives to engage/reengage customers within your book of business Build and maintain customer and quote data in CRM (Salesforce) Identify, bid, track, and report on all quotes, in conjunction with Sales Support Team, until the quotes are closed Act as a conduit between the customer and their local branch(es)
