Job Title: Account Representative Location: Richmond, VA What we’re looking for: We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ experience in account management/ inside sales

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years’ experience OEM Mfg environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
  • Customer focus – ability to keep needs of customer front of mind with every initiative
  • Diligence in adhering to standard processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Superior organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Determine customer product needs
  • Configure products to provide quotations to customers /sales
  • Price quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepancies
  • Liaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ options
  • Prepare customer bid packages
  • Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnel
  • Other duties that may be assigned
