About The Position

We’re currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Representative to drive new sales while maintaining current relationships in the Charlotte area. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in both inbound and outbound sales. As an account representative, you’ll sell our suite of services for both short- and long-term projects to key players in commercial real estate, while collaborating closely with our operations team, and embodying our organization’s core values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience selling services in a technical industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B or outside sales preferred
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
  • Ability to align teams with company culture and drive Sales growth
  • Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Ability to travel locally and corporately as needed

Responsibilities

  • Cold calls, follow ups, and effective face-to-face selling
  • Territory Outreach: proactively seek opportunities to increase company awareness
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local teams
  • Partner with local Operations team and customers to coordinate the scheduling of projects and workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prompt response time
  • Applies proven sales techniques while continuously seeking to improve strategies.
  • Ability to estimate, negotiate and bid on projects, including federal contracts.
  • Accountable for building territory success and meeting regional KPIs
