About The Position

We plan on hiring a qualified Account Representative who can manage assigned client accounts for us. You will be addressing customer concerns and get in touch with the prospects to expand their account portfolio. Requirements

BA/BSc in Business or relevant field. High School Diploma will also be considered
Proven work experience as an Account Representative or other related job roles
Prior work experience in customer services will prove to be an asset
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical mind having robust problem-solving, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills
Confident, assertive, goal-oriented individual
Outstanding multi-tasking ability and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

Address customer queries and complaints of assigned clients
Upsell or cross-sell products/services and approach new customers
Collaborate with the account managers and submit reports to senior managers
Be the prime point of contact to assign customers
Negotiate contracts and manage all the paperwork, e.g. orders, invoices
Follow up regularly once you have closed a deal and ensure client’s satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and queries quickly and defuse tension
Pass on the issues to the account managers when required
Approach prospects via email, cold-calling etc. to meet your sales targets
Submit reports on accounts status, sales activity, and possible issues
