This role is sales-focused and centered on helping customers with auto and home insurance needs through consultative conversations and proactive follow-up. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Prior experience selling auto and home insurance
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Organized, reliable, and able to manage a part-time schedule effectively

Responsibilities

Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance
Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options
Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
Accurately document activity and maintain customer records
Meet individual sales activity and production expectations
