The Account Representative is responsible for a portfolio of customers across various industries and proactively builds and maintains strong relationships. This role utilizes communication and analytical skills to understand customer needs, align services accordingly, and ensure flawless service delivery. The Account Representative is accountable for customer satisfaction, retention, and sustained account profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining successful customer relationships required
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy required in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Stable work history required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
  • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients, ensuring the company’s goals are met and clients’ needs are addressed.
  • Use independent judgement and discretion when handling matters related to assigned accounts.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and customer service skills when responding to client inquiries as well as resolving issues.
  • Retain and grow book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings and by identifying upselling opportunities, creating marketing strategies and collaborating on product enhancements.
  • Understand ComPsych's services and value proposition to advocate the benefits of our products and services to our customers
  • Implement and manage the effective delivery of your customers' programs including communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution and utilization reporting
  • Create retention strategies with Director, Account Services to create account planning for customers yearly.
  • Work with customers to understand and determine the appropriate delivery of ComPsych’s products and services resulting in customized communication strategies and training.
  • Schedule quarterly face-to-face meetings or conference calls with customers to discuss their goals, status and utilization
  • Support other Account Managers with servicing large/complex accounts through verbal and electronic correspondence
  • Create and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders to provide the best service to our customers
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in order to represent ComPsych’s values and standards on a daily basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $50,000.
  • The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
  • The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
