About The Position

The Account Representative provides dedicated support to employers, members, and beneficiaries regarding life insurance and survivor benefits. This role requires applying knowledge of survivor services statutes and regulations to research, analyze, and clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences through phone calls, in-person interactions, and written correspondence. Success in this position requires initiative, strong attention to detail, active listening, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to verify the accuracy of financial and written information before distribution. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing and premium payments, determining member status and group life insurance eligibility, and identifying available benefits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 4 years of related experience
