The Ophthalmic Account Representative (AR) is essential to driving sales growth within our existing customer base. This role blends strategic thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset. ARs identify and pursue new business opportunities among current customers by leveraging data analysis, building strong relationships, and demonstrating effective closing skills. The Account Representative actively develops and manages a healthy sales pipeline, moves opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, and onboards new customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Throughout the sales cycle, the Account Representative consistently works to build stronger customer relationships and loyalty. The Account Representative is responsible for meeting their quarterly sales goals. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule and has uncapped earning potential. On Target earnings are $70,656 per year including a $4,000 quarterly (uncapped) commission, with the first quarter guaranteed.
