Account Representative

The Account Management Representative is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) regulations. This role involves direct interaction with clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The representative will manage up to 60 trucking accounts and work to improve client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
