About The Position
Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Reinsurance Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the strategic needs of clients, identifying appropriate reinsurance solutions, and negotiating with partners to deliver impactful risk management strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and some knowledge of insurance. As part of an industry-leading team, you will play a key supporting role in protecting our client's assets by developing sophisticated risk management strategies that will enhance financial strength and ensure policyholder claims will be paid when disasters strike.
