This role is vital to the growth of the agency. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Must have Property and Casualty License
  • Must have Life/Health License
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Seeking Currently Licensed Applicants Only

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell State Farm products (auto, home, renters, life, health and business insurance) with a focus on meeting or exceeding monthly premium goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Consistently prospect for new customers through outbound calls, networking, community events, digital leads and referral resources
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
