Review and monitor all billing exception reports for correction/re-submission. Ensure that all claims are submitted in the accepted time frame. Investigate patient inquiries involving financial matters to secure payment. Secure and process payments from insurance companies and self-pay patients. Take appropriate action upon denial or request for further information.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Solid working knowledge of third-party payers.
