Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Sales or previous experience in an outbound sales call role.
  • Basic Navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable of electrical products and electrical distribution.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to use CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle current and potential customers with the goal of generating revenue.
  • Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with PNP Program Leadership to identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by responding to their needs.
  • Keep records of all conversations via CRM database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently attend educational seminar/training to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Understand marketing campaigns and communicate those to customers.
  • Setup and maintain SPA’s.
  • Promote and setup customer digital platforms.
  • Utilize CRM as the customer management tool.
