About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: Knowledge of third party billing, follow up and contract terms. Experience with managed care, electronic billing and techniques to obtain payments on outstanding receivables. Trend patterned issues and create spreadsheets presented to Director of Patient Accounts, CFO and Director of Managed Care. EDUCATION: College preferred but not required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of healthcare billing/follow up. SPECIAL SKILLS: Excel required, Word.
