About The Position

Account Representatives at Uber Eats play a crucial role in bringing the best local and regional small and medium restaurants to the Uber Eats platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are natural salespeople, have a passion for food, and are familiar with the local restaurant scene. The role involves leading the full sales cycle, which includes signing partnerships with top local restaurants and acting as a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Success in this role is measured by the ability to achieve and exceed monthly quotas while proactively building a sales pipeline through effective management of weekly metrics, including cold calls, emails, and field appointments. In this position, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships within your geographic region. This will involve a mix of cold-calling—at least 50 dials per day—and in-person meetings to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats. You will also be responsible for managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Additionally, you will help identify and build best practices while collaborating with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings is essential for success in this role. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office presence in Manhattan and remote work, allowing for flexibility in how you manage your responsibilities.
