Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Team player mindset with drive, conviction, and positive energy.
  • Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Sales abilities to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned territory.
  • Ability to develop and execute quality business and territory plans.
  • Proactive in solving customer issues and business challenges.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture business relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Communicate regularly to build customer loyalty.
  • Achieve company-designated sales targets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with new customers.
  • Extend relationships with existing customers in the designated territory.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
  • Determine customer needs and present PowerSchool solutions.
  • Build strategic business plans and overcome objections.
  • Close sales and meet aggressive quotas.
  • Promote new products and services to existing and new customer bases.
  • Develop and execute on SalesLoft campaigns focused on specific territory and product offerings.
  • Become well-versed in all PowerSchool product lines and services.
  • Work independently while being a positive member of a team environment.
