As an Account Representative I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in supporting small business owners who utilize our 401(k) plan administration services. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming client calls, resolving issues related to their 401(k) plans, and answering client inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise. You will also be responsible for meticulously reviewing and updating client-submitted documents within our advanced system, ensuring that all tasks such as 5500 filings, distribution requests, and loan requests are completed promptly and accurately. In this role, you will effectively manage and prioritize a queue of cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans. You will work independently while also collaborating with team members, including Plan Administrators and Quality Assurance Specialists, to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to guide clients through internal processes and assist them in navigating multiple systems will be invaluable. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support on complex retirement plan matters and contribute to various department initiatives to achieve shared goals.
