As an Account Representative II based in Southern Wisconsin with responsibilities covering a multi-state area and the ability to travel 60% of the time, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share.As a Account Representative - Southern Wisconsin - Automotive Refinish, you create chemistry by... Executing the business strategy and driving sales growth in the local markets through identifying customers and market needs within your assigned market responsibility. Increasing sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will be focused on adding new business). Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); HS Diploma/GED acceptable with relevant work experience
  • Are experienced in field sales, territory management, and customer relations
  • Are a solid professional who will value our current customer base while also being aggressive to win new BASF business

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience in the collision industry (preferred), strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills
