About The Position

The Account Representative at HomeTeam Pest Defense Inc. is responsible for generating sales by reaching out to homeowners in the assigned area. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and demonstrating the benefits of HomeTeam's pest control products and services. The position requires a motivated individual who can work independently and is comfortable working outdoors.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
