About The Position

The Account Representative for Medicare at Molina Healthcare is responsible for increasing membership through direct sales and marketing of Molina Medicare products to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients. The role focuses on achieving revenue, profitability, and retention goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, or health/insurance related sales required.
• Active, unrestricted Life & Health (Disability) Agent license required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to generate referrals and leads to meet sales targets.
• Participate in community events and outreach to promote Molina Medicare products.
• Generate leads from referrals and local research.
• Schedule individual meetings and group presentations from leads.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct presentations with potential customers and customize sales approaches.
• Enroll eligible individuals in Molina Medicare products and complete enrollment documentation accurately.
• Assist prospects in completing enrollment applications and forward them promptly.
• Educate Medicare beneficiaries about product choices and the enrollment process.
• Track marketing and sales activities in SalesForce.com and maintain sales prospects.
• Collaborate with network providers to identify and educate potential members.
