Job Description Performs a variety of detailed document‑processing and record‑management tasks related to customer accounts, with an emphasis on thorough account analysis to determine eligibility for litigation placement. Responsibilities include reviewing account histories for required criteria, validating documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and preparing files for escalation in accordance with department guidelines and regulatory requirements. Duties may include entering new account information, updating existing account records, recording transactions, verifying completeness of supporting documents, and consolidating information from multiple systems. The role requires careful examination of account activity, payment history, and prior collection efforts to ensure accounts meet all standards before approval. Additional tasks may include providing support to the litigation and collections teams when needed, and limited customer interaction may occur when additional information is required to complete the account file.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically four or more years of clerical and customer service experience
