This position is a hybrid role which has weekly onsite attendance requirements and is available in Cincinnati, OH; Earth City, MO; and Owensboro, KY.

  • Performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts.
  • Enters new account information and changes information on existing accounts.
  • Records transactions and answers customer inquiries.
  • Receives, classifies, consolidates and summarizes documents and information.
  • Completes reports and provides administrative support.
  • Handles customer service duties such as resolving customer problems and responding to requests for information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities.
  • A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
