The role requires maximizing profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications, and follow-up on all pending matters with the manager and clients as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing revenue and expenses against budget constraints and escalating issues as necessary, providing excellent service and responsiveness to clients, and monitoring the financial aspects of the assigned account, including purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting, and expenses.
