About The Position

The Account Operations Specialist II serves as the primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex. This role involves collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition and discrepancies. The specialist coordinates sale vehicle run processes and maintains direct communication with other auction departments to ensure appropriate movement and organization of client inventory and timely completion of reconditioning services. Building positive relationships with assigned clients is crucial, as is examining vehicles in the sales lineup to ensure standards and quality. The role includes completing estimates for reconditioning services to improve vehicle value, coordinating and approving these services, and conducting condition report and imaging audits to reduce the risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses. The specialist must demonstrate proficient knowledge of condition report data and the vehicle inspection process, educating clients on auction processes and recommending Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs. The position requires effective prioritization skills, professionalism in client relationships, and the ability to resolve client issues promptly. Additionally, the specialist may be responsible for coordinating redemptions, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines regarding reconditioning services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field, or 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection process.

Responsibilities
