We are looking for a results-driven Account Operations Manager to spearhead our strategic partnership with the Circle K Texas Business Unit and Wholesale locations. In this pivotal role, you will: Your ‘day to day’: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, drive excellence in distribution and merchandising, and champion cross-functional projects that accelerate revenue and profit growth. Act as the key connection between PMI US and Circle K, ensuring seamless alignment with national objectives and flawless regional execution. Manage one Texas-based business unit and five wholesale locations in multiple states, delivering tailored strategies for each. Design and implement annual business plans targeting distribution, merchandising, and category expansion. Analyze syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, MSA) to uncover growth opportunities and optimize space allocation. Establish long-term KPIs and align investment strategies for each business unit. Continuously assess performance and recommend strategic adjustments. Collaborate with VMI, customer service, and regulatory teams for unified execution. Oversee wholesale agreements, promotional distribution, inventory, and new product launches. Translate national and regional strategies into actionable field plans. Deliver timely reporting, forecasts, and business assessments. Ensure flawless execution of programs, planograms, and visibility standards at point-of-sale. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at Circle K corporate and wholesale units. Lead strategic customer reviews and propose improvement strategies. Position Swedish Match as a trusted advisor and preferred partner. Lead negotiations and manage trade terms to maximize profitability and ROI. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in Key Account Management or CPG sales, ideally with national retailers.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, logistics, and wholesale operations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Wholesale experience preferred.
  • Experience with digital tools, CRM platforms, and retail education programs is a plus.
