Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years marketing experience.
  • Previous supervisory skills preferred.
  • National brand experience and/or retail marketing preferred.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
  • Demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting.

Responsibilities

  • Crafts tailored account marketing strategies for assigned U.S. wholesale and key global partners, aligning brand direction with account-specific business objectives to drive growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with brand and shadow teams to ensure all marketing programs are strategically aligned with overall brand initiatives and messaging consistency.
  • Presents account marketing strategies and plans at trade shows and sales meetings.
  • Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets.
  • Ensures solutions are executed within the marketing team.
  • Manages and executes customized integrated retail marketing programs to include in-store, social, digital, and interactive elements.
  • Manages the co-op budget to ensure alignment with co-op spend.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company's AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
