Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, EMEA (Remote Position)

We are seeking an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager based in the EMEA to support the EMEA market. This person will cultivate strong relationships with our new and existing clients and assist them in strategizing and planning digital marketing campaigns to meet their goals. - Identify key account growth opportunities with key stakeholders - Strategize and plan digital marketing campaigns to meet clients' goals - Manage campaign launch and ongoing operations, including market research, troubleshooting, budget management, and reporting - Cultivate strong relationships with clients - Have experience/good understanding of mobile advertising, particularly app installation and app re-engagement - Have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing - Performance marketing or eCommerce experience is a plus - Have experience using or supporting marketing technologies - Be good at problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
