About The Position

The Account Manager at iLearningEngines is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role involves direct communication with clients, managing project delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service support. The Account Manager will also identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with various teams to enhance client services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in account management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking skills using data metrics for decision making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technology development or provider environment, such as SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients from onboarding to project delivery and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate service implementation and management.
  • Provide expertise in services and communicate project progress and updates regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms by both parties.
  • Execute and monitor daily tasks to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues independently or with team support, using sound judgment and data-driven decisions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and relay information to the sales team for client growth.
  • Support end users in troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate individuals for further investigation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
