About The Position

Method Technologies is looking for our next great Account Manager! Someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things organized, catching what others miss, and making sure client accounts are documented, accurate, and up to date. If you want a shot at joining our team, please keep reading! This role is perfect for someone who gets real satisfaction from knowing renewals were handled early, assets are documented correctly, and Account Executives aren’t chasing loose ends. You’ll work closely with our team, support our clients behind the scenes, and play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. If phrases like “just to be safe” and “let’s double‑check that” feel comforting instead of annoying, you’re already ahead. If you like structure, details, checklists, and the quiet victory of “everything is handled,” but also appreciate good snacks, dry sarcasm, and the occasional office shenanigan — you may have just found your people. We’re an IT company, paper is rare, and this role stays busy keeping accounts accurate, renewals on track, and small problems from becoming big ones. It’s not just a water cooler, we have an entire kitchen. And our snack game is really on point. The Account Manager is not a sales or quota‑carrying role. This position is responsible for the operational management, accuracy, and continuity of existing client accounts. The Account Manager supports Account Executives by maintaining client assets, processing renewals, coordinating vendor activity, and preparing client‑facing materials. The Account Manager fields general client questions and assists other Method employees with their client-related inquiries. The Account Manager ensures that client data is complete and accurate, renewals are handled on time, and internal teams have the information they need to deliver excellent service. This role is critical to client retention, operational efficiency, and scalability.
