About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the on-site parking facilities by maintaining day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and parking revenue generation.The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.

Nice To Haves

  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site Operations Team and ensure adherence to all parking operations policies and procedures
  • Provide for the administration of all activities related to the physical operation of the parking garage including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance and security in order to maintain a first class operation at all times.
  • Manage the day-to-day fiscal activities of the garages including the on-site bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and budget management in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include developing budgets for parking accounts and explaining variances for monthly, quarterly reports and annual plans.
  • Manage all parking personnel. Besides direct day-to-day management, responsibilities include recruiting, evaluation, salary administration and creating and maintaining a regular training plan for all Parking Operations Team Members.
  • Develop and maintain exemplary tenant and client relations.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned by President, Executive Vice President, Director, Area Manager, or Property Manager.
