This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience by effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively addressing customer needs. In addition to account management, the core focus of this role is identifying and executing growth opportunities within strategic segments. The National Account Manager leverages data-driven insights, applies established best practices, and demonstrates strong attention to detail to generate results that positively impact the business.
