Requirements

• Account management or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working with CRM and internal systems

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate container deliveries and pickups
• Process orders, payments, and billing inquiries
• Maintain CRM data and sales reporting
• Partner with dispatch and operations teams
