Basically, we are all about developing great websites and applications that allow our clients to breathe new life into their communication efforts and increase revenue or contributions. We not only work to help businesses achieve success online, but we also help many non-profits and faith based ministries as they work to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people both around the world and here at home. We are currently seeking a full time Account Manager for our Corporate Office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidate will be motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium size company. The Account Manager will help us foster long term, mutually beneficial relationships with our existing client base. This role will be accountable for client satisfaction during projects, client reporting, sales strategy, contract renewals and overall portfolio growth. Additionally, they will be involved in developing and integrating web marketing strategies providing insight and direction into best practices for web metrics and deliver initiatives that improve online performance in accordance with our strategy road-map. This position is a client facing position; therefore the selected candidate must be comfortable presenting web analytics and trends to clients and running large meetings.

Requirements

  • Ability to up-sell with current clients.
  • Previous experience advising clients on new projects.
  • Capacity to close new contracts.
  • Expertise in keeping existing clients happy and engaged.
  • 4-year degree required
  • Documented success closing new contracts within existing client base.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Client/Account Services.
  • At least 2 years managing clients/accounts or selling new business in the web industry.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with high level reporting, external client presentations and online strategy mapping.
  • Expert in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PPT.

Responsibilities

  • Account management - working with key clients on daily basis.
  • Support sales team by attending and possibly presenting strategy in sales meetings.
  • Conducting ongoing customer research to assess customer needs.
  • Gathering information on latest web technology available, recommending what will produce the best results.
  • Closing new contracts within existing client base.
  • Creating exciting, customer-centric and e-communication strategy based on client needs.
  • Working with project managers, web analytics, and development teams to continuously test, measure and enhance user experience.
  • Developing regular reports and recommendations that communicate online performance throughout the organization.
