About The Position

This is an in-person role supporting our team in the Dallas area and requires regular in-person client meetings. Remote work is not available.
Universal Energy Solutions is expanding across the Dallas business market and hiring motivated individuals to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role you will work with businesses throughout the Dallas region to develop professional relationships and introduce solutions that help companies reduce operating costs.
Through hands-on training, you will learn how to consult with clients, manage business accounts, and build a portfolio of commercial relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in client management, consulting, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients
• Open to recent graduates and career changers
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be located in or able to commute to the Dallas area

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with business clients across the Dallas region
