We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in a flexible, on-demand/part-time capacity. While this role may be posted as “Remote – Tennessee” for administrative purposes, it is not a remote position. The role requires consistent on-site work at a client location in Franklin, TN, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location. Working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, on-site in Franklin, TN. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of communications and training programs and maintaining a positive relationship with key client contacts as well as all internal teams. The primary focus of the Account Manager is to manage the day-to-day client relationship, acting as the operational account team “point person” to ensure that all projects and services are delivered according to specifications, on time and within budget. The Account Manager oversees team project/program execution, acts as a source of information for and provides direction to cross-discipline teams.
