Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Alexander, AR . The Account Manager manages a portfolio of customers and helps grow accounts through excellent communication, follow-through, and smart program recommendations. What You’ll Do Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts (phone, email, text) Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, coordinating with operations and technicians Proactively follow up after services, answer questions, and reinforce the value of our programs Support retention efforts (renewals, holds, save offers, and service calls) Sales & Growth Recommend the best programs for each property: lawn fertilization & weed control, Tree & Shrub, and pest services Make outbound calls/texts for upsells, renewals, and seasonal campaigns Identify cross-sell opportunities and clearly explain benefits and expectations Meet weekly/monthly sales and retention goals and track results Account Support & Admin Maintain accurate notes and customer details in our CRM Schedule and coordinate services with the office and field team Process payments, update billing preferences, and assist with installment options Document conversations, outcomes, and next steps

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable with goal-based work (sales/retention metrics)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, email, spreadsheets, texting platforms)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, or service advising is a plus
  • Lawn, landscape, or pest industry experience is helpful—but not required (we’ll train the right person)
  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
