About The Position

CLIENT SERVICES / A dual service role responsible for the purchasing of VIP hospitality assets across professional sports and other major social events and partnership rights activation for a supporter of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA. We will also consider a remote-based working arrangement for qualified candidates with East Coast working hours as a prerequisite We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized account manager to join our client services team, working across two clients concurrently; supporting the purchasing of VIP hospitality assets and supporting the delivery of a multi-channel activation campaign in global soccer. The ideal candidate can keep multiple conversations organized, negotiate hospitality assets with professional sports organizations, and provide real-time status updates to client stakeholders. This role is perfect for you if… You have a project manager mindset who can manage multiple workflows at one time. You love building strong client relationships as well as building external relationships with key contacts at various professional sports team and major social events. You have the confidence to effectively support and enhance the work of senior client services teams and support internal and client cross functional teams to manage timelines and internal reporting. You will be working with a team committed to providing its clients a best-in-class experience from their initial request all the way through the completion of the agreement. A majority of these deals will be one off purchases for the client team to entertain VIPs in key markets, but you will also work closely with our Octagon hospitality team to secure hospitality assets to assist with their event planning & execution at some of the biggest events in sports.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work with an agency, brand or property on the development of integrated brand campaigns within sports
  • Extraordinarily well-organized and efficient
  • A great teammate who wants to know what others are working on and wants to help
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to form effective links with clients; flexible and adaptable in working with various personalities
  • Always one or 10 steps ahead; thinking forward and figuring out answers and solutions before they become questions or challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to thrive despite any pressure and is outstanding at problem solving; offering creative solutions (though there will always be help, your mantra is: I will figure it out!)
  • A go-getter, you demonstrate initiative and accept new challenges (there'll be plenty of last-minute client requests)
  • Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Understanding of google suite and slack also a bonus
  • Experience handling a budget and Excel does not scare you
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically (and internationally) and work weekends or holidays as needed (anticipated travel amount: 30-40%). As such, a valid US passport will be required.

  • Though not a requirement, a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple hospitality asset purchasing conversations across professional sports & major social events.
  • Discuss hospitality needs with client teams across key markets
  • Track status of conversations with team from initial outreach through deal completion
  • Create and update league deal one sheeters to provide client with real time updates as deals are completed
  • Develop relationships with team & league contacts to support purchasing workflows.
  • Support contract review and signature process by both client & team
  • General account management and assistance with client requests
  • Liaise with cross functional client teams on rights approvals, effectively managing timelines and support the Account Director
  • Coordinate internal and external teams with status updates, project management documents and milestones
