About The Position
The Account Manager will oversee assigned accounts, lead Security Supervisors, and manage site operations. Ideal for candidates with Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager experience. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
Requirements
- bilingual Spanish
- must have an exposed firearm permit or be willing to get a firearm permit within 90 days of hire date
- prior security supervisory experience
- military or law enforcement background is preferred
- Must have a CA DL
- Weekend and overtime availability are required
