This is a field-based position covering the Texas panhandle and Oklahoma, requiring 70% travel within the territory. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the Microbiology, Immunoassay, Molecular, and Vision Suite customer base. This role focuses on creating new business opportunities through the placement of instruments, reagents, and services to increase company revenues within a designated Region. The Account Manager is directly responsible for achieving territory sales goals and maintaining existing customers to ensure high performance in customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. The Account Manager serves as the direct contact to the customer and is the primary point person for all internal and external communication.
