About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the on-site parking facilities by maintaining day-to-day operations while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and parking revenue generation. As Account Manager , you will: Lead the on-site Operations Team and ensure adherence to all parking operations policies and procedures Provide for the administration of all activities related to the physical operation of the parking garage including cleaning, repair, equipment maintenance and security in order to maintain a first class operation at all times. Manage the day-to-day fiscal activities of the garages including the on-site bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and budget management in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include developing budgets for parking accounts and explaining variances for monthly, quarterly reports and annual plans. Manage all parking personnel. Besides direct day-to-day management, responsibilities include recruiting, evaluation, salary administration and creating and maintaining a regular training plan for all Parking Operations Team Members. Develop and maintain exemplary tenant and client relations. Carries out other duties as assigned by President, Executive Vice President, Director, Area Manager, or Property Manager. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
