ABI Document Support Services is seeking a sales professional to join the team! We are looking for someone with a background in record retrieval or similar legal services experience. The territory is Texas and it is highly preferred the at the candidate live in Dallas due to the majority of travel being there. This is a remote position with about 50% of travel out in the field, most of which being in the Greater Dallas area but some travel also required in other parts of Texas. The Account Manager is responsible for the implementation and roll out of all national sales programs as well as providing account management support for strategic clients. This position is well versed in the company’s products and services, maintains awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations, utilizes time efficiently and travels on an as needed basis. The Account Manager thoroughly understands the daily operations in order to articulate best practices, procedures, and guidelines and demonstrates superior customer service and strives to meet and exceed company’s revenue objectives.
