The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager (Outside Sales) to join our growing team. You’ll take over and own an existing sales territory, build long-term relationships with our current customers, and drive new business development by delivering value-driven solutions that help our clients succeed. This is an ideal role for a self-starter with strong sales instincts , a collaborative mindset, and a desire to make an impact every day.

  • Represent CC-EFI’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, to exceed sales and profit goals .
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with diverse companies.
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, prospects, and vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions , deliver quotes, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and track engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and applications to provide informed recommendations.
  • Continuously develop your professional and technical skills through training and self-learning.
  • Proven success in B2B or industrial sales (3–5+ years preferred).
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills .
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities .
  • A self-motivated, disciplined approach to work — thrives independently and on a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • A passion for helping customers succeed through problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Experience in the material handling, industrial supply, or related industries .
  • Project management or solution-based selling experience.
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes (e.g., Sandler).
  • Established relationships or network in your assigned territory.
