About The Position

The purpose of this role is to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide excellent service by addressing delinquencies, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records, all while supporting company compliance and fostering strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong negotiation skills
• Clear and effective speaking voice
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Experience in collections (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with past-due accounts.
• Manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payments.
• Guide customers through repayment processes.
• Update account databases and notify on changes.
• Validate due date changes and deferments.
• Complete Welcome Calls and monitor impounds.
