About The Position

As an Account Manager at Cisco, you will be responsible for leading relationships with Charter Communications' Core Backbone Operations Team, focusing on Optical, Software Full Stack Observability, and Security applications. This role emphasizes a customer-first approach, fostering partnerships to deliver value and achieve mutual success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a related technology sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in prospecting, replacing an incumbent, and protecting the Cisco installed base.
  • Excellent track record of success in leading a large territory and demand generation.
  • Strong technical and business knowledge to understand customers' business drivers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling in the Service Provider space.
  • Ability to communicate business transformational solutions via sales presentations.
