  • Understanding the Retail Media landscape, the changing needs of the CPG community and the shifting consumer sentiment
  • Owning the day-to-day business relationship with top tier UB Media partners, leading campaign strategy based on historical performance
  • Conveying UB Media’s value proposition and presenting solutions in a compelling, positive and professional manner
  • Fostering campaigns from client brief to reporting delivery, using strong project management skills to ensure executional excellence
  • Supporting larger client account efforts like annual planning and business reviews, presenting as appropriate to large groups at all levels including Senior Executives
  • Partnering with agency and internal (e.g. creative, ad ops) partners to create improved way of working and enhanced processes that drive efficiency
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the digital media industry
  • Minimum 2 years Account Management experience
  • Minimum 2 years Retail Media experience
  • Experience with campaign planning; creating cross-channel online advertising incorporating programmatic, direct-to-publisher display/video, social, promoted listings/sponsored search advertising
  • Basic understanding of MarTech/AdTech platforms
  • Proven track record of best practice project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
  • Strong presentation skills and an aptitude for synthesizing complex material
  • Extremely responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment
  • Comfort with media performance reporting and ability to explain standard methodology to client partners
