As a Account Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of merchandising projects across multiple clients. Though the role’s responsibilities are wide ranging and ever changing, this predominantly includes facilitation and oversight of the design, manufacture, sale and fulfilment of product, as well as the coordination of merchandise for client retail stores and pop-up shops, artist tours, events, and ecommerce opportunities. This is a detail-oriented role where you will also be expected to maintain a holistic understanding of the account and will be directly accountable for its performance. In this role you will work closely with all internal teams across creative, product development, touring, onsite retail, ecommerce, warehousing/logistics, accounting, as well as external partners. This is a role that reports directly to the Head Of Client Services.
